ISO 9001:2015 Transition course enables you to gain a thorough understanding of the differences between ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015. During this training course, you will be able to acquire the necessary knowledge and expertise to support an organization in planning and implementing the process of transitioning from an ISO 9001:2008 QMS to ISO 9001:2015 in a timely manner.
After becoming acquainted with the new concepts and requirements of ISO 9001:2015, you can sit for the exam and issued a “Certified ISO 9001:2015 Transition” credential. By holding a Transition Certificate, you will be able to demonstrate that you have the practical knowledge and professional capabilities to successfully apply the ISO 9001:2015 changes to an existing QMS
ISO 9001 Introduction is a one-day training course which introduces you to the basic concepts of quality, quality management, and ISO 9001 requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Moreover, this training course shows the highlights the benefits of a QMS and concludes with a section containing useful guidance on the certification of the QMS.
No exam is required for this category and a CCNL certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the training.
ISO 9001 Foundations is a two-day training courses which focuses on the concepts of quality and quality management and provides an overall explanation of ISO 9001 requirements for a quality management system (QMS). In this training course, you will be acquainted with the various aspects of a QMS based on ISO 9001, such as the role of top management, risks and opportunities, quality policy, processes that shape product and service provision activities, requirements for performance evaluation, and the importance of continual improvement
After completing this course, you can sit for the exam. If you successfully pass the exam, you can apply for the “Certificate Holder in ISO 9001 Foundation” designation. This certificate demonstrates that you have a general knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements for a QMS and enables you to be part of QMS implementation projects.
The ISO 9001 Internal Auditor course is aimed at helping you to develop the competence necessary to establish, implement, operate, maintain, and continually improve a QMS. This training course aims to equip you with in-depth knowledge on ISO 9001 requirements, as well as the best practices and approaches used for the implementation and subsequent maintenance of a QMS.
By attending this training course, you can help organizations utilize a structured and evidence-based approach for managing the quality of their products and services. Apart from this, you will also learn about the importance of customer focus and benefits of setting the foundations of an organizational culture which enables and supports quality.
The training course is followed by a certification exam. If you pass, you can apply for the “Certified ISO 9001 Lead Implementer” credential. An IRCA/CQI or UKAS accredited and internationally recognized, the “ISO 9001 Lead Implementer” certificate validates your competence to implement a QMS based on the requirements of ISO 9001.
The ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training course enables you to develop the necessary competence to perform quality management system (QMS) audits by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures, and techniques. This training course combines the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-1, the recommendations of ISO 19011, and other good practices of auditing and integrates them into a comprehensive methodology which enables you to successfully plan, conduct, and close ISO 9001 conformity assessment audits.
Apart from a theoretical basis, the training course also provides examples, exercises, and quizzes to help you practice the most important aspects of conformity assessment audits: interpretation of ISO 9001 requirements in the context of an audit, principles of auditing, application of audit methods, approaches to evidence collection and verification, leading an audit team, drafting nonconformity reports, and preparing the final audit report.
The successful completion of the training course is followed by an exam. If you successfully pass the exam, you can apply for the “Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor” credential. An IRCA/CQI or UKAS accredited and internationally recognized “ISO 9001 Lead Auditor” certificate validates your professional capabilities and demonstrates that you have the knowledge and skills to audit a QMS based on ISO 9001.

This training focuses on recognizing and certifying participants as competent implementers of the applicable management systems.
At the end of this training, participants are certified and issued certificates by an international certification body either as Internal Auditors or Lead Auditors depending on the grade of certification training received. The certification is awarded after the participant has passed the applicable test which shall either be paper written or online as feasible to the participant.
Certified Auditors are qualified to monitor, audit and approve the conformance of the applicable Management Systems.
We conduct the training at Charicon CNL designated location based on our training plan. Registered participants attend the training as scheduled by Charicon CNL.
It is a five days intensive training for Lead Auditors and three days for Internal Auditors, touching every clause and requirement of the applicable standard.
Participants shall pass the applicable test to be awarded the relevant certification.
We will conduct the training at customers’ facility or at a location decided by the customer.
